Membership terms.
Membership, not a donation.
Floyd Street Insiders is a for-profit membership program operated by Floyd Street Media. Your membership is a purchase of goods and services, not a charitable contribution, and is not tax deductible.
Billing & minimum term.
Memberships are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Paid tiers (Winner, All-Star, MVP, Legend) carry a six-month minimum commitment and then convert to month-to-month; the Student tier is month-to-month. Your membership renews automatically until you cancel.
Cancellation.
You can cancel from your membership dashboard once your minimum term (if any) has been met. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period is not pro-rated or refunded unless required by law.
Student eligibility.
The Student tier requires a valid .edu email address. Sign-ups that don't meet the eligibility requirement are cancelled and refunded.
Member benefits.
Benefits vary by membership level and may include digital content, events, merchandise, and experiences. Benefits may change over time; we'll make reasonable efforts to provide equivalent value if a specific benefit becomes unavailable.
